I found the ordering process easy, but expected that once the reg was entered, the dimensions would be known. However, I was asked to select from a couple of templates and then had to go and measure the floor area. As I didn't want to risk incorrect measurements (for a present), I cancelled. It is fair to say that the company tried very hard to help and refunded in full quickly after I canceled. That strikes me as a company that appears trustworthy.

Responsive customer service. Prompt and helpful reply. Company seems keen to resolve any issues.

Premier Inn has the most comfortable beds. The mattress is extremely comfortable and good quality and now you can buy one. Not cheap but not ludicrouly expensive either. Absolutely worth the money.
