Felt i had to highlight how pleasant a leaving experience this was despite not wanting to. My partner and I are due to have our first child and so we are cutting back on all unnecessary expenses (despite my argument that wine is definitely a necessity!) and I have had a number of protracted arguments with service teams about 'why' i want to cancel. Naked Wines were absolute 'Angels', no fuss just an easy leave and an immediate refund of account funds. An experience that means I will absolutely be coming back once we've got a bit more spare cash in the future. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Easy booking experience on an almost fully automated website - no having to deal with reps, just sign in, select your tee times and rooms and pay your deposit.

Amazing experience - the team were quick to respond, incredibly helpful in moving us toward a resolution, and sorted the payment directly with the jeweller within days. Really astonishingly positive experience from an insurer!

Delightful car, driver was great and got us there with no issues, super helpful with bags etc. No fuss, good experience.

Really helpful agent helped me to find this particular piece through the webchat as i was in a conundrum with a shower door that did not fit our en-suite. The piece itself worked perfectly with our shower even though it is from a different brand. The brushed brass looks great.

Cristian and Alex were fantastic - brilliant service from the courier overall with better communication throughout than I’ve ever experienced. The guys had it in the house and settled with no fuss in minutes which was impressive given the stairs etc they had to negotiate.

Good deals but poor initial organisation - booked and paid for a trip at the beginning of September for the end of the month with requested times, had to chase 2 weeks later for confirmation at which point the only times available were late afternoon which wouldn’t work for our group (and it would be dark halfway through the round). The rep got us shifted to a different course with better tee times but it shouldn’t have taken a chase two weeks later for us to be booked in for our rounds.

I spoke with Jasmin on the 13th June at around 1430 and it was one of the most mind numbingly difficult conversations i've ever had. Despite being very upfront about needing to cancel and not wanting any further service from VMB as I could get service significantly cheaper through HyperOptic, I was repeatedly pushed the sell despite it being twice the price. Once she finally stopped trying to sell to me she would not tell me when the earliest day i could cancel was until several messages later she finally told me there was a 30 day notice. Like banging my head against a brick wall.

Never run out of high quality boxers again!

Aidan was great at sorting out our trip which needed to be moved due to holidays and weddings etc. Very quick to respond and very accomodating.

Exceptionally good value although communication can be slow at times

I booked a flat through booking.com with a set price and the breakdown of cleaning and rent clearly listed. When Houst then contacted me for payment the pricing had increased by £12 for cleaning with no explanation whatsoever. Tried contacting their customer support who provided no assistance and repeatedly asked me to verify my ID and make payment instead.
