I researched other mowers & manufacturers and opted for the Hyundai. I unpacked it and attached the handles all with no problem except for the placement of the pullcord mounting which didn't match any of the diagrams. Put the battery on charge for 3 hours & the green light appeared.
It went on its maiden voyage round my garden yesterday and, my word, it certainly motors. It isn't lightweight so don't get one for a frail old person!
Love it & I am delighted.

I have to assume that Black Friday caused multiple failings in the ordering process but as I like the product so much I persisted the following day. As is said, all's well that ends well.
