I ordered 13 rolls of wallpaper but only 7 were delivered. I don’t know if it is a delivery split into two parcels. There was no paperwork in the delivered box so I don’t know where my other 6 rolls are

They arrived the next day after me trying trying to find out what was happening again no paperwork or markings on the box to say 1 of 2 parcels

The job isn’t finished yet. Engineer came back with a new part but it still didn’t work. Still waiting for completion!
Was contacted re my part that is outstanding was told delivery of it would be December which was unacceptable to me. Got a slight refund and cancelled the repair booking have now bought a new washing machine

Very easy way to insure your car and very easy to keep track of your mileage. Would recommend it to anyone. It’s a shame there is a maximum age setting though!

I was left a card to say my parcel had been left at no 36. Followed by an e mail stating the same. They didn’t have it, next day no 38 delivered it. Not the best service but at least I got it in the end

Overall we had a good holiday with not too many problems. Our driver was excellent and very informative. There was a slight lack of information regarding flights from your office ie our flights were changed only days before we were due to fly and had to contact Air Malaysia office for more info on our internal flights.
However this would not stop us booking another holiday with you.

Very helpful staff member. Pointed us in the right direction for just what we were looking for. Nice coffee and cookie while we signed the deal.....brilliant!
