The poles are great, good quality. The process of ordering and prompt delivery was very good. Customer service answered my questions prior to ordering,polite friendly and helpful.
What I didn't like was the delivery service used, the company give you two options if you're not in, reschedule delivery day or leave with a neighbour. Nothing about a safe place. I emailed the company no response, tried to phone but no human. In the end they found a neighbour who was in and they took my poles in. Suggest you look into another delivery service as this was is limited.

Evri kept me informed of the progress of my delivery. The man who delivered my parcel is very nice, it's not the first time he's been to me and he's always friendly, polite and happy.

The flowers were delivered on time, my friend assures me they are beautiful, fresh and in bud. The website is easy to use and I think they are good value for the price.
