Engine failure
I bought a 2019 Citroen Berlingo in 2021 from a Citroen dealership. Two year ago it suffered catastrophic engine failure and needed a replacement engine costing over £7000. In November last year, I received an urgent recall letter warning that a camshaft chain fault could lead to engine failure. I wrote to Citroen straight away asking them to reimburse me for the cost of my new engine and failed to get a reply or even an acknowledgement. Appalling customer service.
