Having found that my very old Sapphire plus was out of date and no longer supported, I spoke to Manoj who was very helpful in finding a replacement camera detector. I purchased the Snooper My Speed XL. Had a problem with the camera download, but that was me, not the unit. A quick call to Snooper and they very quickly sorted it out for me.
