Great experience from start to finish. I had the old carpet removed, the new carpet and underlay fitted and the door adjusted for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. The in store experience was good too as John was friendly and made sure I was well informed about what I'd ordered and the process. I will definitely use them again .

I have no experience yet of the actual service but having just installed my various devices and given them a test , I am very pleased at how easy it is to install. I was dreading it a bit but the instructions are very, very easy to follow.

Had what I wanted, easy to order and next day delivery with a couple of hours time slot given me. Driver rang up half an hour before arrival.

Have had a Simba mattress before and find them very comfortable. Previous problem of moving them has now been solved with handles. Beware of manhandling them though. I had to buy a new one 7 years after the previous because it had developed a massive lump at one side due to being bent around corners and stored upright for a while. Not the mattress's fault but my other old fashioned and less comfortable 20 yr old mattress survived the same ordeal.

Quickly delivery of two water butts. Water butts will do the job but were scuffed and one had water in it. Also no washers on one of the taps. To be fair I did not contact the company about the issues so don't know how they would have responded. The butts
were cheap enough so I used a washer from something else. It was too much bother to arrange for them to be sent back as they are serviceable

So easy and time saving. Recommended traders who actually contact you. All you need to do is double check online if you want further confirmation of quality of work.
