Excellent service from Helmet City. I purchased a helmet from a brand that I had not tried before. Despite purchasing my usual size, and doing my research on the sizing, fit and shape from this brand, the helmet unfortunately did not fit.

I ensured that the helmet and box was kept in perfect condition and requested a return and refund. Communication with Helmet City was swift and very smooth. My request was granted and I returned the helmet with DPD. Shortly afterwards, the return was approved and the refund paid.
