Avoid these clowns they're thieves

Avoid these clowns they're thieves, joined them on a social tariff then they offered me TV for £5 for 6months and could cancel anytime, also told there was a note on account saying this, when I phoned to cancel first time they said they can see the note and they would honour it, then received email with final bill £679. Second I phoned time they said they would have to talk to a manager who would call me back, never happened, third time I called and they told they could reduce my bill to £408 and that was final and they wouldn't honour any agreement made

Change your delivery company from dpd

Change your delivery company from dpd, these idiots left my parcel at top of garden gate and didn't even attempt to walk down straps to knock door, anyone could've picked it up, it was there for over 2 hours before I saw it!

Cheating company, they offer free boxer shorts then when you cancel they still charge you

Paying £21 at present and coming to end…

Paying £21 at present and coming to end of contract, received email saying I'd be put on rolling contract at £54 for same speed, so phoned them asking for better deal, was told best they could do was £44, no thanks ogi.....

Pizza movie deal is a disaster

Pizza movie deal is a disaster, still waiting on 2 receipts uploaded on 17th August, another rejected from 22 August even tho I checked everything before uploading receipt. Complete shambles trying to contact them about it as they don't reply at all.

Missing an item from home delivery and…

Missing an item from home delivery and this is where it starts badly, online chat said they couldn't help as I ordered from a store so would have to contact the revelant store. Phoned Cardiff gate store and after automated options spoke to a man who said he'd put me thro to someone, put through to beginning of the automated options again, then spoke to a lady who took my details and promised missing order would be with me this afternoon. After 6hrs I contacted B&Q on twitter who wouldn't help as I posted it to my parents address, so eventually spoke to CS and a guy called Ciaran was really helpful but now can't receive my missing item till Monday

Over a week after my cooker was…

Over a week after my cooker was condemned by their engineer they reckon they hadn't received the report, then after me complaint and being put thro to agent after agent they promised I'd have an email to choose new cooker within 24hrs, nothing arrived, then I was told it takes 48hrs not 24hrs, again nothing arrived, then was told again it could take another 48hrs or even 72hrs before the email would arrived, asked to speak to manager who wouldn't talk to me! Appalling company who tell lies and lies.

Parcel out for delivery on 1st April…

Parcel out for delivery on 1st April then text at 15.30 saying there's a problem and it'll be delivered on 2nd April, waited in all day on both days and then tracking says " bear with us we will deliver it soon" , then DX lie on twitter saying they haven't received my order!!!
