Today is the final day of my one year contract to market Grandpa Gary's Teen Playbook. Self Publishers Inc cleverly induced me to pay them $55,000. They said and provided me false letterhead documents from Barnes & Noble and Walmart with solid commitments from both firms to sell my books. They also induced me to pay them for a website and portal. After paying them over a six digit number prior to November of last year, I have received a grand total of $500. Now, they will not even communicate with me and have done nothing since last November. I have reported this as criminal fraud to various agencies. If you are working with them, stop. If you are thinking of working with them, do not.

I published a book through Self Publishers Inc. They furnished me with letterhead documents from Barnes & Noble and Walmart stating that they wished to sell my books in their stores. All I had to do was pay Self Publishers to print the books for them to distribute to the retailers. I paid $55000 in September and October of last year. As of this date, April 4, 2025, no books have been sold by Barnes & Noble or Walmart. These retailers know nothing about my books and Self Publishers will not prove they ever printed or delivered any books to either retailer.

I used this firm in conjunction with Self Publishers Inc, Techability, AYM Consulting Inc. Do not go near any of these firms. They are outright thieves and should not be in business

Albus is excellent and very helpful. Some of the customer service people are difficult to understand. However, they try very hard.

I signed for an extended contract with Viar in October, 2016. I experienced an issue which I was told they could not fix because it was a Microsoft issue. I further indicated that I thought that they should resolve the issue with Microsoft if that was the case. No satisfaction. I told them I wished to cancel the contract for non performance. I was promised a refund on at least two occasions. I followed up on numeroud occasions and was told the same thing. I called other numbers to no avail. I am still waiting for the promised refund sixty to ninety days later. I believe you can go directly to Norton and receive better support.
