Visited the Tesco Extra store due to a problem with my eye after a recent cataract operation. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding of my concern and fitted me in to see the opthalmologist. He was excellent and gave my eye a thorough examination. He reassured me that it was a minor problem and sold me some drops to help with the healing. I couldn't have asked for better service and left feeling much better than when I went in. Thank you to them all.

After beginning my search to sell my house and down size, I never thought that the day when I actually moved into my new home would come, but it did on the 4th October. As an older woman on her own he worked tirelessly to help me sell my house and was always there when I needed to vent my frustrations, never once complaining and really lifting my spirits. He is my HERO and an asset to the company. He works so hard to make his customers feel valued and important. I will tell everyone from now on to go to him should they want to sell their property.
