Everything went ok but communication needs to be improved. No step by step communication after order confirmation email. And yes I did check my junk/spam folder for any. I expected communication letting me know when shipment was on the way, when shipment out for delivery, and finally shipment delivered like all the other similar companies I have bought from but didn’t receive any.

Brilliant eSIM provider! Quick and easy to install and the network coverage was excellent. The thing I found about Roamic that set them apart from others was that they had an unlimited gb option. Fair use policy does apply understandably but gave me peace of mind. Previously I’d bought a 10gb 7 day option from a different provider and I’d run out of data on day 5, so had to purchase more just for 2 days that stung me a little bit. Maybe if I used it a little more cleverly ie connect to WiFi wherever I could have I might’ve been ok. But as I’m so used to having plenty of gb in my home country not used to being in the habit of doing so I guess.

I personally haven’t experienced a breakdown yet but my partner did recently and they were great. Came within the hour and communicated throughout.
