I was sending a bike to my son in Italy and checking out prices.. Parcel hero popped up immediately and i thought it was a price comparison site and that i would be sent through to my carrier of choice. I booked the service but got no information about when the carrier would collect the bike. After checking reviews i lost confidence and cancelled within 24 hours.

I am deeply frustrated because I've been ringing all the numbers on your website to talk to someone about a problem with my e-ticket - both yesterday when I booked an today - from 8am as soon as your telephone service becomes available and I am getting through to nobody. Also after 3 times of hanging on the phone for 15 mins it suddenly goes dead and I am at the beginning again. I really am worried about the missing name and want to resolve this as soon as possible and there doesn't seem to be anyone who can help
