Easy to order, and delivery date selected. Longacres called to see if they could change delivery date, due to volume of deliveries, which I agreed.
Delivery itself not so great; driver did not ring bell, and instead of leaving goods by side gate out of sight of road, left them clearly visible from the road.

Easy to book. Convenient venue. Pleasant clinician. In advance and on the day, all very efficient.
But the email with a link to results didn't arrive within the promised 8 days. I chased after 10 days, and the link arrived two days later.
Similarly with the hard copy of the report - I didn't want to print 36 pages myself, having been promised a hard copy, but the stated 3 weeks went by with no sign of it. After 5 weeks, I called, but it took another week for the report to arrive.
If the online and hard copy reports had arrived within the specified time frame, this would have been a 5-star review!

Website easy to negotiate. When I called with a query, the agent was very helpful - but it was annoying to have to listen to recorded messages at every option point before getting through to a human!

The Seed Catcher does its job well, in that it catches seed spilled from the bird feeder (which is excellent). However, when it rains the seed caught in the bucket gets wet and starts to germinate. Clearly it isn't possible to go out and remove the seed bucket every time it rains, so that seed is wasted - which rather counteracts the purpose of having the seed catcher in the first place. If I'm missing something here, please let me know, as I'm rather frustrated and disappointed!

Price was as quoted, and standard of work was high. Timekeeping was good, and Jason soldiered on painting the exterior of my house, despite temperatures of 30 degrees!

Delivery within 24 hours of order being placed, and driver kind enough to lift very heavy box into my porch/hallway.

Impressed with easy process of insuring my car, speed of documents arriving etc. Disappointed to receive an email on the day my old insurance ran out, encouraging me to accept the quote they'd given. Although I had the documents, I couldn't risk not being covered, so spent 15-20 minutes on the phone waiting for an agent to confirm that the policy was indeed in place. Surely there should be a way of correlating quotes and actual policies.

Ordered one day, received the next. Product so far - one week in - is great!

The latest puzzle, like others before it, arrived within a couple of days of ordering.

Because delivery slots were several days away when I ordered online, I did 'Click & Collect' instead. My local shop (Weybridge) was excellent - their hygiene and distancing measures were spot-on, and my orders were fulfilled perfectly. My only regret? That the individual Mango & Passion-fruit Cheesecakes seem to be permanently out of stock!

Given a rather small kitchen to redesign, with a door or a window on every wall, Sigma 3 came up with the best possible use of space, including my must-have pull-out larder cupboard. The work was done on schedule, despite a family bereavement taking the fitter away just after the old kitchen was ripped out. A replacement fitter was found immediately and the work continued on time. Follow-up contact was efficient and painstaking to ensure my complete satisfaction. I had used the company on a previous kitchen, so hadn't hesitated to use them again. Highly recommended!
