Avoid at all costs

Received my order but decided it wasn’t right for me so requested a return and refund. They initially refused even though their policy states they offer 30day refund. They then offered me 10% refund and had to fight to get the full amount refund. They finally agreed but It has been 2weeks since I requested a refund - they told me the money would be refunded within 48hours- still no sign 2weeks later. I keep emailing and just get fobbed off saying it is being processed. This company just want to take your money then do everything to avoid refunding.

No order received and no response

I placed an order on 7th May and still have not received anything. Payment has been taken but tracking shows the order has not even been dispatched yet. I have emailed several times and contacted them via social media and received no reply. Very poor customer service. Happy to take my money but respond to messages.

Did not receive

Ordered 3rd July and got dispatch and tracking email. Still not received the product. Tracking is invalid and the company do not respond to emails. Will have to claim through bank for refund

Sent parcel on 7.9.22 it has been at sorting facility since 8.9.22 and no tracking updates. Contacted customer service and have not received any response.

Amazing items

Purchased a few items form Blade & Rose. Cannot fault them. The quality is fantastic and the designs and choice is great. The leggings are a form favourite in our house. Will definitely be ordering more.

Very poor service

Ordered a gift for a friend. Waited 2 weeks and no dispatch email. Had to contact customer care who said there was a problem at warehouse but they would send it out next day. Wrong order arrived and took another 2 weeks of chasing up to get it replaced. Was offered a £10 e-voucher as an apology.
Used the voucher reluctantly for another gift on 22nd October. Email said it would arrive by 24th October. Still no item. Have contacted customer care about 4 times and still waiting for a refund. Very poor service. Would not order from them again.

I can see that a colleague under case number- 01787329, has advised that the refund has gone back on the original payment method! Excellent

Very quick to come out and assess the problem. The guy who came was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Had the problem fixed quickly and effectively. Would definitely recommend.
