I have never received this item, so disappointed, how can you do this to people? Disgusting

Never received and no answers to emails. How do they sleep at night. I have lost money I can’t afford. These companies should be banned from Facebook and someone should feel guilty enough to refund money.

Do not buy from this company they have to be one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with ,item never arrived , I contacted customer care about the issues several times , ( who are a joke ) once the finally engaged just kept sending me tracking details for an item that wasn't mine and hadn't been delivered & clearly stated it had been sent back to them although I had to point this out to them as they were totally incompetent , they finally said they would re send the item , and guess what nothing since & nothing arrived ! joke of business do not waist your time or money with these muppets !

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. EVEN THROUGH eBay or AMAZON.

It arrived and the day it was unpacked we complained that parts were missing and parts were broken. I sent an email with photographs and they told us that it was all our fault
As it seems, the product was delivered in perfect condition.
Since we do not know how carefully you have handled the item since you received it, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

This company is a scam, customer "care" is a bot just repeating incorrect information. Do not buy as they will not engage with you

Cheap flimsy plastic

Utter crap from start to finish.
Conflicting emails for dispatch notices, an ominous postcard from Royal Mail letting me know a parcel couldn't be delivered because the sender hadn't paid for postage (that wanted me to pay £5 just to find out what the parcel was, and I feel this is a scam tactic on WaistWhisper's website), a poor quality product made out of Happy-Meal-toy-type plastic when it arrived, no proper return address, a couple of different web addresses, an email inbox that obviously doesn't get monitored... Sent the 'company' emails months ago and left a message on the Facebook page, none of which were acknowledged. Reported to Action Fraud team and now having to raise a dispute with my bank because all I want is to get this useless piece of rubbish out of my house and my money refunded. Looks like I'm just one of many who fell for this and are now out of pocket.

Arrived Late, no returns label, so cheap and tacky - DO NOT BUY!
I have requested a returns label but having read other reviews (sadly, too late) I am not overly hopeful.
Will then go to CC Company as this item is not fit for purpose.

Wish I had read reviews. Email after email telling me my waistwhispers was on its way, it has never arrived and the tracking ref for royal mail has never been recognised by royal mail. Complete con company, may as well burn £30 as it appears no one ever receives their parcel.AVOID AVOID AVOUD AVOID

I order a waiste wisper which i have had for four week used it and the elastic sheered of under the handle so now unable to use have Emailed them twice todate i have received now responce

I also wish I’d read the reviews. No parcel despite numerous emails-taken my money same day of order and haven’t delivered the goods. I have all the emails I sent them (and no response) to verify this review. Avoid at all costs. No change in shipment details since first ordered and neither tracking numbers for yodel or Royal Mail are recognised. Disgusting service.

Ordered 3rd July and got dispatch and tracking email. Still not received the product. Tracking is invalid and the company do not respond to emails. Will have to claim through bank for refund

product sub standard. bits falling off after 2 short uses. company refused to refund me . now not answering my emails

DO NOT BUY. ITS A SCAM! Order took a while to come, when it arrived the product was an awful CHEAP plastic quality, that doesn't work. Completely ignored when asked for a replacement or refund and have contacted the company several times now.

Placed an order then changed my mind, I immediately sent an email exercising my right to cancel with no response. Sent another two emails throughout the day still no response and this morning woke up to an email advising that the order is in the post.

I wish I had read previous reviews there's no phone number for customer services to ring just wasted my money Ordered 10 days ago no correspondence nothing

Used approx 7 times and one cord broke. Was sent an email saying they didn't know how roughly I treated item . No refund or replacement. I'm 67 with copd not got the energy to mistreat item . Absolutely disgusting . I also paid for lifetime warranty. Waste of money , Scam !!

Product arrived a week after ordering. Was surprised it did after all the reviews on here.
Product is as advertised.
I’m quite heavy and it takes my weight.

Ordered one last Saturday , still not had confirmation of order but payment taken the same day . Says delivery 2working days by Royal Mail so thought it should have arrived by now 😡
