Customers seem to be an inconvenience.

Run into problems trying to open an ISA. Trying to get help insight on impossible. Every single attempt to contact them is met with a message telling me how busy they are. God forbid that they actually employ enough staff to cope. This bank does everything it can to avoid actually talking to their customers. My last attempt led to a recorded message telling me I was in a queue and that there was a 78 minute wait. No doubt big bonuses for the bosses.

BA continues on its race to the bottom

BA continues on its race to the bottom. On our flight out to Amsterdam we were given a little biscuit and a plastic cup half filled with water. Cabin staff then announced the wrong local time when we arrived in Amsterdam. Return flight we were give another little biscuit but this time no water. Unbelievably the cabin staff then announced the wrong local time for London. IAG now own three of the worst airlines in the world, they must be so proud.

Terrible customer service

On my Barclaycard App I have statements from 2015 to 2017 then nothing. Apart from not being able to see up to date statements I didn't have the card until 2022. Tried phoning customer support and wasted about half an hour of my life going over security questions without ever getting close to a resolution. They have zero interest in fixing customer problems.

Creation sent me my normal CC bill with…

Creation sent me my normal CC bill with a payment date. The bill is always paid in full by Direct Debit so the onus is on Creation to collect it. They then took it upon themselves to change the date that they wanted payment without informing me or collecting it by the Direct Debit that has been set up. Now they have added interest and are sending me constant demands for payment. I've complained but had no response.

Won't answer the phone.

I have now been listening to taped music for over 30 minutes and still haven't managed to speak to anyone. I have a fairly minor problem with my credit card but I expect to get to speak to someone within a reasonable time. Looks like it's time to start looking for another card supplier.

No problems

I used the company back in October and true to their word the test kit was delivered the day after we returned home. Did the test and sent it off to them and the results were available the next day. Recently, due to personal circumstances I have had to twice cancel tests that I had ordered. In both case a refund was issued right away.

Impossible to get help

After finding a discrepancy in my booking between the baggage allowance TUI say I have and what Emirates say I will get, I tried phoning TUI for clarification. I gave up after listening to music for over an hour. No e-mail address for TUI that I can see anywhere, so as I was going into the TUI shop to pick up currency I asked them for advice. Big mistake, they actually told me that a 4 hour wait on the phone is not uncommon and as I has booked it online they couldn't/wouldn't help me. I guess Jet2 will be getting my custom the next time.

How not to run a business.

Trying to get an accurate final bill when leaving them from them is almost impossible. Customer Advisor on phone told me that they had used wrong readings and my bill was wrong and they actually owed me money. A demand for money arrived the next day. Online chat came up with yet another variation. So far I have had five final bills and I don't trust any of them. They managed to transpose my day and off-peak meter readings, I called and they corrected it while I was on the phone then they denied it had ever happened.

Ordering and delivery were fine but…

Ordering and delivery were fine but since then I have been constantly harassed by this company to provide feedback/review etc. I would probably have used them again but I don't think I old put up with the aftersales hassle. Before anyone asks I did unsubscribe from their emails but it appears that they just ignore such requests.
