I insured my elderly dog with Petwise for a very good price despite her advanced age, my Jazzie died a month before the renewal was due. Petwise cancelled and refunded my last month as soon as I contacted them. They have also paid out a claim for end of life, used towards cremation costs. Slight delay waiting for history from vet but have now received the claim payout. Very helpful, professional, good comms and could not fault them. Thank you Petwise.
