Ordering is simple. Orders arrive in two days and if anything is amiss it’s so easy to phone and they will sort it out immediately. I recently had cause to phone as I had finger fumbled an order and they corrected my order immediately and sent me what I meant to order. I thoroughly recommend them as a reliable and friendly company.

The coffee was delivered quickly, well packaged. I had ordered an espresso grind which unfortunately was not suitable for my coffee machine. Balance Coffee were so good when I emailed and explained my dilemma, and they arranged for a return and replacement. They also advised a more suitable grind for my machine, which they have now sent to me. They have been so helpful throughout and I look forward to trying the coffee soon!

After contacting British Gas early today the engineer. Dean, was with us by 11.30. He fixed the problem with our heating and hot water very speedily. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

Great coffee well packed. I originally said that I was surprised to get three separate packages. However I apologise to I Love Decaf as I obviously didn’t read the information they sent me. They did say that it was possible that I would receive more than one package. Sorry guys. My bad.

Easy ordering, fast delivery and the Pinkredible sponges are amazing. They cleaned the window in my wood burner so easily. I have yet to try them on anything else.
