Always a fast efficient delivery after ordering. I also like the fact they deliver the smokeless fuel in 10kg bags which is really important when you are getting on and live alone. I couldn't manage 20kg bags.

This is one of the worst websites I have ever encountered. It's like something from out of the 80's- it's not user friendly, it's confusing and impossible to navigate.
This is bad enough, but things get a whole lot worse when you try to publish an event. 75% of the time based on my experience there is a major bug that creates problems and means it's impossible to use. In fact, I've just received an email now saying there's yet another incident.
It's not fit for purpose and it shouldn't be full of flaws like this. Whoever designed this website clearly has never had to actually use it.
The fact they don't even bother to reply to messages- nor can you contact anyone speaks volumes. Any company that scores 1 on here indicates problems from the top down.

I move my savings around a lot and am not impressed with the majority. Finally, an app that is clear and straight forward. If you do have issues you get a fast response from an actual person instead of a useless bot. So glad I switched to Monument.

What a dreadful company. I had to travel all the way from Yorkshire on the train to visit the hospital in Middlesbrough with a fracture. I used the hospital free phone to call for a taxi back to the station. I didn't even get a " Hello." Just a "We're very busy you'll have to phone later" and the phone was slammed down. I suggest they put their office staff through a customer care course. I'm amazed anybody uses them. They are not helping to put Middlesbrough in a positive light.

All I wanted were some buscopan cramps. I then received an email telling me they needed more information and I should reply to the email - which I did - I sent a detailed email. Four days later I received exactly the same email but from a different email address. When I phoned they said they hadn't received my email. How many different email addresses are they using? Why do they tell you to reply to an email address when they don't seem to know which email account to use? I wasted my time with an incompetent company that can't communicate effectively. I needed the medecine before travelling- but it was too late. I will never use them again.

My parcel was left in full view. My house is on the pavement on the main road. I left the garage door open with clear instructions to leave it there which were ignored. It was purely by chance that the parcel wasn't stolen. Of all the delivery companies Yodel appear to be by far the worst.

Although I really like their coffee I have a real issue with their ordering process. I wanted to try two different types of coffee and then when I received the order details I noticed I had been signed up to a subscription of 2 bags a month. However, I never set up an account. I then discovered the only way to cancel was to set up an account. None of this is made clear. They need to be transparent. Also, why is there no telephone number? As this looks a bit suspicious. I know they are a good company with good coffee and good reviews but they need to change this ordering/ subscription confusion.

There appears to be something badly wrong within this company and the way it's being run. I ordered soap that never arrived. I emailed sales twice ( no response). I tried phoning and got the message " no-one is available." I then tried the other number in Milton Keynes which is permanently engaged. I cannot believe this company used to provide the Royal Family with soap. Their customer care is non-existent and they show a complete lack of respect to loyal customers. They don't even send a tracking number which is so unprofessional. Whoever is now running this company has completely taken their eye off the ball. The fact they don't even bother to reply to complaints on here speaks volumes. Absolutely shocking!

When I realised I had a leak under the kitchen floor - and under concrete I researched several different leak detection companies. This one stood out above the others as they only ask for payment if they find the leak. Another company stated you would need to pay £750 even if they didn't find a leak. Also, another company said that although they would find the leak they wouldn't repair it. The leak detection company will find the leak and also repair it. I was so impressed as they were able to come the next day. Simon who turned up was experienced and efficient - I had complete confidence in him and the process from start to finish. I expected the whole kitchen to be dug up, but this wasn't the case. He was so careful and actually only a small section of concrete needed to be removed. He then carefully placed the laminate back in place until the assessors can come to see what needs to be dried out/replaced. They also recommended the assessors to use ( I wouldn't have known where to start). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Terrible customer care - I notice it's not just me that has noticed this. I emailed them and completed an online form and still no response. I also noticed ( as other people have) they haven't published my review because it comments on a design fault that would affect some people and their poor customer care. This suggests they are not being transparent. How do they expect to foster trust if they are conducting such practices? I suspect whoever is running this company has taken their eye off the ball - standards have slipped.

What a truly dreadful company - norhing has changed from my perspective. I've been waiting weeks for my parcel. I stopped using them years ago and unfortunately I had no choice as it was the seller's preference. I've discoveted my parcel hasn't even been scanned once in 3 weeks so it's rotting in some depot. As usual customer care is unhelpful and I'm expected to just carry on waiting. I will never order again from any seller that uses this company. It's totally unacceptable! Shocking service!

I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company over the years. However, my parcel never arrived. I have emailed them three times and haven't received any response despite their assurance that they will endeavour to respond within 48 hours. Their customer care is shocking. After phoning them they said they would hand it over to the "missing parcel" dept. This has resolved nothing. Even though Evri should have delivered it I have been seeing the same message for more than two weeks saying they will deliver it on the next working day - but it never is delivered. The fact is my contract is with Woolovers and they appear to be unwilling to take any responsibility and can't obviously be bothered to even respond to good customers. They have lost me as a good and valued customer. I am still waiting for them to respond and reimburse me.

This company is absolutely appalling. Firstly, they didn't give me a date of delivery so they tried to deliver when I was out. I then changed the address of delivery as I was going to be away (I had been waiting for over a week for my parcel with no information online about its whereabouts). They still kept trying to deliver to the wrong address. Eventually, it was delivered- apparently from a different Yodel local depot, but now I keep getting notes delivered to the wrong address telling me I have to go and collect my parcel from an office in a different county. There is obviously zero communication between the online site and local Yodel depots. What's more, it's impossible to find an actual person to talk to. The chat room person was rude and unhelpful. And when I finally managed to get through on the phone they just cut me off before I'd even had the chance to open my mouth. I feel sorry for the delivery men who are stressed as they are not kept informed - awful awful company!
