I was amazed at the service I received from Lisa, she managed to sort my attic insulation with an excellent company that did a superb job and whilst working quickly and efficiently also left everything immaculate. The difference to the heating in my home is immeasurable.
Lisa also arranged for me to have contact with others who might help me find allowances to which i might be entitled and also to access a blue badge which could be life transforming I am so grateful for the help I received, it felt as though I was communicating with a friend rather than a patronising stranger who was paid to assist me!

Jamie in the llandudno store was exceptional as a salesman. Very knowledgeable but not pushy abd dealt with us with respect but also with fun and help for my partner who is in a wheelchair.

My partner is disabled and whilst we could access the store In Llandudno with his wheelchair we could not access the floor with the equipment we needed to view.. The young man who served us could not have done more to help. He ran up and down stairs three times to bring us alternative products. What a delightful person and what a treat to shop in this store. Fantastic, lovely polite delivery man who kept a distance but also asked if I could manage to carry it to where I needed it, checked that I was happy before driving off — although I didn’t open it until I had disinfected it by which time he had left. No concerns whatever. Many thanks.

I have been trying to get my boarding passes to print all day. I rang this morning and was told that they would be with me by 1pm. We were waiting to set off so this was very important. It was a total relief and pleasure to deal with our conveyancer Lauren Ishmael. She made everything seem so simple and friction free. Compared to the vendors local solicitor she was amazing, professional and quick. Eway was a nightmare. Even after completion I got an email to say that there were 8 outstanding tasks. Also beside each task there was a box saying ‘read’ it wasn’t clear as to whether that meant ‘please read’ or ‘read’ as in ‘red’ .
It was easy to not have to arrange appointments at the office but the experience was swings and roundabouts.
