Very suspicious practices

I don't know what kind of company it is and what they are really looking for in homes. They send notifications using a copied logo of my housing cooperative, they don't know my name and surname. They supposedly want to check the gas installation but it so happens that 2 weeks ago my housing cooperative sent a specialist and the installation was checked.

I don't like this store

I don't like this store. The prices in this chain of stores are relatively high so I always look for cheaper stores. I really don't like that this chain of stores charges a fee for collecting the goods in the store.

I really advise against buying these ankle boots, it is a waste of money.

I bought ankle boots from Remonte
D0F70-25
Brown/Pewter in this company. The boots are not suitable for wearing after one season. There are cracks on the line where the upper connects to the sole, the leather looks worse after a few months than in the shoes I have been wearing for a few years. I really advise against buying these ankle boots, it is a waste of money.

I bought a blouse from this company

I bought a blouse from this company. The blouse has two huge holes on the shoulder the size of a fist. It looks like someone poured acid on it. Where is the quality control in this company? How can something like this be sent to a customer?

Delivery and Return Issues!

I waited a very long time for a purchased item, I waited 7 weeks (from China). This company does not have a clear return policy like other online stores (you have to explain yourself and beg them for a return). You can write to them that you want to return the item but I have not received any response for 2 weeks. This shows a lack of respect for the customer and makes me very careful in the future with stores with products from China because I do not want to have problems.

Ladies Munrospun Cropped…

I bought Ladies Munrospun Cropped Cashmere Cardigan from this company and I have to admit that I haven't been so disappointed with a purchased sweater in a long time. I was tempted by the beautiful color and affordable price. Today I received this cardigan, yes, the color is beautiful but the cardigan still doesn't look like in the picture. It is disproportionate, has short sleeves (although I took a size larger), like in 3/4 sweaters, it is short and wide. In the picture you can clearly see that the sleeves reach below the line of the cuff, and the cardigan looks normal. Unfortunately, in reality it is not. I will have to return it. This is the first time I have chosen something from this company and such a disappointment, I don't know if I will ever trust them again. An additional disadvantage of shopping at this company is the difficult returns process and high shipping costs.

Warning!!!

I warn you against this company. He makes shoes of questionable quality, but that's not the point. For 2 weeks now I haven't been able to get a return label to send them back their crappy shoes. First, I wrote to them from my personal account, then she turned to PayPal for help, still with no results. I have been buying various things online for many years, this is the worst company I have ever encountered. If you want to buy shoes there, take into account that the shoes do not look like in the photos and they cannot be returned.
Ps. It's not true what the company told me. I've been fighting for 5 weeks to get them to send me a return label, I've sent about 10 emails, asked PayPal for help and I still haven't received the return label.

Nice cotton t-shirt with long sleeves. There is a problem with service in this store and in other stores. A segregation system has been introduced at self-service checkouts for customers paying by card and cash. In the past, cash registers did not separate people, you could pay with both cash and card at one cash register and there was no mess or confusion. Now customers who want to pay in cash stand at one cash register, which creates a long queue, and at the same time several cash registers where you can pay by card are empty.

I was completely disappointed with my purchases from this company. The company requires a lot of personal data (completely unnecessary) from the customer who may want to make purchases at one time. Logging in to their website is difficult, you can't change or save your personal data (e.g. address), you can't write an email to the consumer department (refer to the chat with the machine). I will never go back to their site to shop.
