Customer support recovered situation
My fiancé was paying the bill, and I wanted to change it to her name. It’s not possible to do this on the website, you can only change it if you move out, and after many emails they hadn’t done it and we gave up. We recently tried again. This time they changed it to her name, zeroed the credit of nearly £500, and sent me an email telling me I had moved out!!!
Edit following excellent follow up by Sam from Octopus, who has resolved the situation, apologised, and even given some compensation for the inconvenience

Paid full claim quickly
I had a cruise control fault on my Bentley Continental GT V8S. Bentley diagnosed the fault, and quoted £1.9K to fix. WarrantyWise paid in full with no quibble.

Poor quality products and appalling service
Bought a Kenwood dishwasher, effectively Curry's own brand in March 2020. The door seal failed after 2 days, and the support was atrocious, rude, unhelpful, even hanging up on me. it took 10 weeks to resolve, they eventually replaced it. It wasn't used for a few months, then when it was used again it failed with a different fault. Again, support abysmal, same bad attitude, long waits. It took another 3 months to get it replaced, 10's of calls, hours on hold, and frustration at the appalling attitude of the call centre people. NEVER BUY FROM CURRYS!!!
Edit following Curry's reply; The issue has NOT BEEN RESOLVED! In fact I've given up, I've just ordered a replacement dishwasher from John Lewis! Even though the dishwasher from Curry's is still under warranty, I can't bear to waste more time getting it replaced!!!!
