Once again I cannot fault the customer service and friendliness of the staff. Julie was understanding, friendly and empathetic with my situation and sorted my issue in one phone call.
Time waster company. They will find some issues to invalid your policy. Extremely dodgy. They will trick u down. After buying the policy and uploading the mileage photo, and also confirming the activation of the policy, they said it was not activated. That when a claim was raised which was after a month.

I had to make a claim on my on Warranty wise Policy. There was a bit of delay due to a confusion between my repairing garage and Warranty Wise. But once I contacted Warranty Wise directly they apologized and had the works approved within 1 hour...

My car was UNDER WARRANTY with these charlatans, the Car Broke Down, Engine completely seized,and when it was time to utilize my warranty, they refused to help me. DO NOT TRUST THEM! They will happily take your money every month or in a lump some like they did from me and my partner, and when it was time to help us, they refused to do so. I would advise against using them.

Anything I have ever tried to claim for repairs through warranty wise has been refused. Always wear & tear, isn't covered or not a part failure. If I left it to become a part failure it would be dangerous having known about it through garage inspection and not looked to repair before it failed.
Even the complaints procedure is lengthy and wants you to pin point exact issues with policy sections before it then fails to upload your complaint.
Definitely cancelling the policy after two years of no help.

Title: Unauthorised Payments Taken After Cancellation â Completely Unacceptable
I had an extremely poor experience with Warranty Wise Ltd.
I cancelled my policy after selling my vehicle and was clearly informed that my new vehicle would not be eligible for cover. On that basis, the policy should have been terminated immediately.
Despite this, Warranty Wise continued to take payments from my account without my authorisation for months after cancellation.
This is not just poor administration â it is deeply concerning financial conduct. At no point was I given a valid explanation as to why payments continued to be taken after I had cancelled.
As someone dealing with severe ADHD and anxiety, this situation caused significant stress and unnecessary financial worry. I had to spend considerable time chasing this up, monitoring my account, and trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened in the first place.
I have now been forced to escalate the matter formally and consider legal action due to the lack of accountability and failure to resolve the issue promptly.
I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and to closely monitor any payments if dealing with this company.
Very disappointing experience.
