Fantastic thorough service. Wanted to commence WeightLoss treatment. The whole process was easy but very thorough in ensuring I was eligible for the service and had to provide proof of who I am and do a video call etc. It is necessary to ensure the safe use of these drugs.

Easy to order and activate. No complicated forms. Straight forward process.

Would like an app at some point to track where the cat is myself without relying on someone else to scan

My only criticism is charging £35 for delivery to room when it comes in plastic bags as opposed to boxes as assumed. Not happy I paid this extra charge when my front door leads directly to my living room I could have taken it in my self and saved £35.

Delivered with care. Shame it was quite a wait for delivery the only let down the rest of the experience was good. Even managed to amend the delivery date and bring forward slightly, handled quickly and efficiently.

My first experience of buying my first property - I would say was pretty smooth going. It was very nerve wracking for me as a first time buyer and also post COVID not knowing what to expect. But always felt reassured by Luke’s professional manner. Great support from Luke Neale at all times. Always responded promptly and politely to emails with updates/requests when possible. Would certainly request when I decide to sell in the future to request Luke handle my case.

Great service. Only little let down of driver being late. However was quick and speedy once arrived. Would absolutely use again!
