I ordered a dual pillow back in Jan & still haven't received it. 2 different dates given - neither of which the company has stuck to. No reply to my latest email to them 3 days later & no information given as to when ( if ever) I'll receive it. Very poor customer service. Not sure if I'll ever be able to actually review the goods themselves....

Thank you for your review, and we totally understand the frustration, we really do!
As a small business, this is equally as frustrating on our part that our customers won’t get the products they ordered on the timescale they thought they would arrive, and for that, we sincerely apologise.
We’ve done our upmost to try and get the pillows here quicker, though due to all of the issues in the Red Sea, it’s unfortunately been out of our control.
I’m so sorry you haven’t received a response yet, please could you let me know your order number? I will look into your email ASAP.
Your order will be shipped by Wednesday next week, and should be with you by the end of next week. We are truly sorry for the delay.
If you’d like a refund, we are more than happy to action this ASAP for you.
