Wow, I cannot believe how good the service from ParcelHero had been. The website was clear and user friendly, making choosing a delivery service very straight forward. I have been sending parcels to family in Cyprus for several years using Royal Mail and in addition to being costly, it can take weeks for them to arrive, parcels often getting held up in Cyprus customs. I chose to use Dpd via ParcelHero and the parcel got there in 6 days at a better price! I chose a drop off location in my area and followed all the instructions carefully regarding customs forms etc. I am really grateful to have stumbled on this service. Will be using again, bravo Parcel Hero!

A repeat purchase Organic Golden Cane Sugar 25kg. We purchase in bulk for home use to reduce single use plastic. Once again excellent, very easy to browse and order on website, quality produce delivered a couple of days later. Thank you:-)

I use Sharpham Park's organic bakers blend spelt flour for making sourdough bread...it is a fantastic flour! I'm more than happy to support an organic mixed economy farm that has a strong ethos to protect the environment and the soil. Also great that the spelt is British grown! I purchase the bulk 25kg bag and it is shipped and delivered very quickly and efficiently. What's not to love:-)

When I sent Lovescreen my iphone to get the screen fixed it turned out that the battery was faulty and swollen so the replacement screen couldn't be fitted. Communication was excellent. I purchased a new battery from them to replace and they were kind enough to send the faulty battery back separately at no extra cost to me so that I can now address the issue with the third party company I purchased the (New) iphone from, as it is still under warranty. So happy to have my phone back and working perfectly...excellent service, thank you:-)

High quality products at reasonable prices

Superb organic produce, I grow my own vegetables (and some fruit) but supplement with Riverford produce when my own supplies are low because their veggies taste as good! Delivery is excellent and Riverford keep me up to speed with what is going on with their supplies and any other relevant info such as packaging...I love that they thoroughly research and way things up regarding impact on the environment, which is really important to me. I feel good supporting a company that has a decent environmental ethos...I would always choose to spend more money on our food for environmental sustainability/our precious ecosystem and sacrifice other purchases that are less important and which, if we are really honest, we can do without!
