For the forth or fifth time my prescription was not fully ready this was left there monday yet thursday only 2 thirds of it ready i ring ip to be told yrtagain that its part outsourced fair enough but ive left collecting till now for that reason wont home delivery unless I pay now from Monday to Thursday youd exspect everything to ne there but oh no.now ive to go out again poor from Boots Oldham Spindles

Quick and efficient reply to my query and given the information that I requested

I arranged to have my parcel redelivery on the Saturday the 9th of August from the original delivery date of Wednesday the 6th of August however I wasted my time arranging a redelivery date as you delivered on Wednesday the 6th of August. Now I rearranged it to Saturday so I would be in to receive it. But with you delivering it on the 6th of August it sat outside my shed door where anyone spotting it could have stolen it I changed the delivery date for a reason and I have proof of redelivery date e mail confirmation this time fortunately everything is OK and I've received my parcel but what is the point of offering redelivery date options. When you just go ahead and deliver on the original arranged date five out of five for getting it here undamaged and on the date you said you would. But zero out of five for being able to follow the customer's requirements on delivering it in the day they wanted and potentially putting my parcel at risk of being stolen and at the elements of the weather. Or this morning I would have been contacting my product supplier claiming either damaged or stolen. If I set a date for a parcel to be delivered that's because I will be there to receive it. Not to take a chance on it sitting on my doorstep for eight hours at the elements of the weather and any passing eyes. Fortunately this time all OK but more by luck then good management

Quick delivery was kept up to date on the travelling of my purchase so I knew where it was and when to expect it

Did better this time but changed delivery date so I were not expecting and had no access to my phone at the time of delivery however this time it fitted through the letterbox though the item was not pushed through the letterbox but left in the letterbox where it could have been pulled back out ifa date is stated why not deliver on that date unless mutually agreed sometimes people don't have access to their phones all the time

You make aware mistakes that large companies make and without there would be no voice for the customer and companies could do what they want

This is my second night/evening yodel delivery the first time the driver could not find me the second time tonight the 1st of November he found me OK but didn't bother to knock in spite of me being in but threw it over my fence into my garden did not even bother to knock on my door then listed it on the delivery note as left by the back porch now I'm presuming this is the same driver that could not find me the last time I had a night delivery I am not happy at all at the way 61.00 worth of parcel not even attempted to knock on my door which had he bothered to do has a door bell I'm not happy with the way yodel at all and I will be complaining to the company who I brought my parcel the way I am feeling even 1 star is one to many very dissapointed

My delivery was OK apart from I were not notified it were coming on the 13th of August thus me not being in to receive it I were told Wednesday the 14th of August was the delivery date and but for my neighbour taking it in it would have been out in last night's rain so if once a delivery date has been confirmed it would be nice to have it delivered on the day expected but no real harm done but if delivered on the agreed date I would have been in to take it

Great communication was made aware my size was not in stock offered alternative size or full refund there was not a problem
