Great Delivery Team - unfortunately the original bed I ordered would not fit into my home. The two man delivery team were very experienced and advised on alternatives. The replacement fitted eventually.
The delivery team are a credit to Dreams.
It would be helpful if, instore, the team asked about the layout of the staircase etc to avoid a delivery failure.
Shane from Octopus was extremely helpful in helping us choose a fixed tariff. He explained the options clearly and concisely and was courteous throught.
Cannot fault the service, great time which didn't have an easy job with my vehicle repair but job done including MoT and service. Friendly safe environment.
White Stores was recommended to me by a family member. I am very happy with the garden furniture - high quality and good value for money.

Thanks for leaving us a great review. We are very happy to hear that you found us via recommendation and that you are incredibly happy with the furniture.
I received my first prescription via this company with no issues and thought it would be a stress free process to have home delivery.
It was only when my medication stocks had run seriously low, that I realised I had received no reminder. I called up requesting the prescription be sorted urgently and was told a reminder had been emailed (it hadn’t). After nearly a week I had still not received my medication and then received an email stating Pharmacy2U was awaiting the prescription from my GP surgery, despite chasing it. I was requested to also chase the prescription up.
I telephoned my GP and was informed that there was no record of the prescription request or any follow up chasing. After I then requested the prescription it was sent through to Pharmacy2U that day. It still took a few days to receive the medication and, frankly, I was not impressed at this stressful process.
I shall be changing to my local pharmacy service.

Thank you for your review, I have tried to contact you on the telephone today, unfortunately you were unavailable so I have sent you an email.
I am very sorry to hear of the inconvenience you have experienced with your recent order.
I have checked your account and can see that we have not dispensed your medication since October, due to this the reminder which was set for 23 days after the order in October had been sent but at an incorrect time.
I have now updated your account so that the reminder will be sent in line with how many days medication you receive, I have also added a new reminder to your account.
We apologise that you Surgery have not received a request from us, as we had previously confirmed this was showing as successfully sent from your account, I have passed this feedback on to our team who deals with your Surgery.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you and we are sorry to hear you will no longer be using Pharmacy2U and we do hope you may reconsider in the future.
