Disgusting service

Disgusting service I paid over £30 for a bunch of flowers to arrive on 9 March for my sister in laws birthdays & we are now 10 March at 18.51pm the flowers have still not arrived probably wilting in the post office at Medway Delivery Office, when I requested a refund you have insulted me by offering a £10 voucher I will never use your incompetent company & I will make sure that I share this opinion on social media & all my family and friends
