General this a good site, I've earned a nice amount of cashback from it over the years but you need to be patient when waiting for the cashback to appear as it can take months sometimes. It is often unclear whether you will receive the cashback so on occasion I have purchased something taking into account the cashback I hoped to receive, but then for whatever reason, it didn't count. Most good offers are only for new customers on sites too. Overall, a good bonus scheme to use. Getting a payout is quick and simple.

Claim sorted quickly with 2 options ... I could organise the repair myself and provide the information requested or send it to one of their repairers. I did the latter and the collection, repair and delivery was within a week. The longest part for me was making sure all my info was backed up and then putting it all back on again as I'm not very technologically minded!

Quick and simple buying and delivery was next day. I didn't pay for a specific time slot however by 6.30am the next day I had been text a 4 hour delivery slot. When I tracked it, it was then reduced to 2 hours and then 1. I received a call when they were around 15 - 30 mins away too. They walked it around to our back door and put in our conservatory for us.

I like that the website is clear and simple, with minimal products that provide a clear description. The subscription option is good, especially as you can choose the length inbetween each delivery. Useful vouchers are sent through quite regularly but not to the point when they get annoying. Product itself is good and the delivery was fast.

Great products, good quality and good value for money. I ordered 2 different size photo banners and they were a great addition to our party decorations and so much easier than making collages etc to display photos. Fast delivery too.

Bob was extremely helpful, answering my questions beforehand. There wasnt any pressure to use this company, he just gave me the information and let me decide in my own time. He emailed as soon as my media was received and kept me updated throughout. Everything was sent off, transferred and sent back to me in just a few days.
I would definitely use this company again.

Product arrived within a good time.
It did have some marks on it though. I contacted them and they were very helpful to resolve this, however there is a couple of days waiting time to get a response.
Havnt tried it on yet so cannot comment on sizing.

Good sale discounts and fast delivery. Shame there's no option for free delivery over a certain amount although they do offer a voucher so useful if you shop here often.

Usually a fast and easy reservation service which is great so you know that what you are going shopping for is there however stock levels can often be quite low on lots of items. When they have it, it's a good service and often good value for money especially with the "2 for...." deals.

All good. Ordered personalised cufflinks in a personalised box for my partner on our wedding day. Lovely cufflinks and arrived quickly. Only thing to improve on would have been to have the option of different things written on each.
