When we visited, the noise from the kitchen was very loud and unprofessional. Vegan options on the menu, none available in the restaurant. Contacted their customer service and said someone will contact us within 3 days. They didn't. Poor all round.

Karim was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He was also very accommodating as to when we wanted it done. Excellent.

I ordered a gift for my niece on Jan 6th, to arrive Jan 13th. M&S emailed me and said the gift was on the way, it was with the courier. My niece spent all day waiting in for it. Tonight I found out it never arrived because they never sent it in the first place. So letting me down by not sending it is one thing, telling me it had been sent is something different altogether. Used to be a reliable company. Now, a waste of time.

Royal Mail really are poor. They should have delivered to me today but has said my property is inaccessible? I live in a major city on a busy road. Evri and Amazon have delivered to me today. Neighbours beside me have has Tesco and Waitrose. The Royal Mail are consistently bad and always put the blame elsewhere.

Have shopped with Waitrose for many years and have to agree with other reviews, their service is now very poor. The Waitrose customer service team used to be second to none. I can only now describe it as absolutely dreadful.

You were meant to collect a return. I waited all day. I wish I didn't have to give you a star because that looks like there was some kind of bad service. When no service at all is worse than bad servce. You gave me a collection day and never contacted me again. Not the first time this has happened. Another day wasted waiting for you. Very poor indeed. Tried to contact you both ways that are available but no luck. You are very difficult people to get hold of.

They are not worth one star. Terrible company. Rude staff. Very bad service.

We get the large vegetable ones. So big they take an hour in the oven. Worth the wait. Delicious.

Ordered frozen food from Cornwall at 1pm Thursday, was delivered to Birmingham 10am Friday. Ice Packs still absolutely solid.

1star because no facility for zero. Told something different by different staff both times I have phoned. Difficult to resolve if no one listens.

Royal Mail due to deliver today. They sent email saying between 8.15 and 12.15 then later decided they will deliver in 2 days time. No point in paying for faster delivery. Waste of money.
