Terrible experience at Bracknell Harvester. Asked waitress for allergen information for 2 colleac guests one being a 12 year old celebrating his birthday. She just said oh look online its all on there. Thanks very helpful!!! After a 2 hour wait our food finally arrived the gluten free food and non gluten food were brought out together. The well cook steak was running with blood but as there was no checkback from the waitress she wasn't aware until I complained when we finished, she just walked away from the table. I didn't know she told the manager who came over and was very apologetic,she took off the price of the meal so at least we didn't have to pay for the hungry guests food!!!. Overall a really bad experience and would definitely not return. And yes my grandson coleac birthday boy does feel ill today well done Harvester!!!

Went to cheltenham for mothers day waited 50 mins for food to have 3 rottiserie half chickens very undercooked we go alot but this has put me off chicken for life very dissapointed.It cost alot of money too.
Awful mothers day service
We arrived for motgers day at carmarthen booked in for 4.15 still waiting for table at 4.45 we were eventually seated and waited another 20 mins for someone to take our order wen food did come after a very long wait it was cold and inedible !! I appreciate it was mothers day but we still expected hot food !!!

Went for a birthday tea with my hubby & once again we can not fault the food or the service, we were served by Diego & can not express how much Diego goes above & beyond to make sure you have a exceptional experience, he really is a credit to himself & the establishment.
Harvester Langley superb.
We went to the Harvester in Langley today for lunch and it was very good.
The service and the quality of the food were superb.
The waitress Miska was very helpful and so polite.

I am currently at Gravesend Harvester trying to celebrate my Birthday with Family. Thanks for ruining it Harvester!!! I book for 16 and was never told it would be 2 tables of 8 on either side meaning I couldnât talk to have my guests without keep walking over! The salad bar was empty and we waited ages with no staff caring. Now weâve waited nearly a hour and still no main courses! Half us us want to walk out. Update when the meals finally came I went without food and so did a family member as they were stone cold! It was too late to wait for another one. Another was cold but got a replacement. The Supervisor & Manager were rude and blamed me saying you should have said you wanted to be seated together! And weâre busy so the tables are done online and we canât help it. Never again I was in tears.

They were brilliant the food was lovely and the guy who served me let me and my family sit somewhere else when i was struggling with noise as an autistic person and brought me to a calmer place and was very kind and friendly. The name of the guy was Michael

03/03/2026 - 22.30pm - my husbands car Broke down and he was stranded on the main road near the harvester in Loughton Milton Keynes - all local shops were closed and they opened their doors after closing to give him a soft drink, super kind people when you need it most, thank you so much! My husbands a diabetic and it massively helped xxx

Absolutely the worse meal out l have ever had meal was black over cooked ,after waiting an hour for it then went to salad bar was empty no rolls no butter nobody had refilled salad containers it may be a posh area to go but food appalling table near up goy up and walked out due to modded grill being black this pub needs looking into we paid £25 each also wine was sent back supposed to be sweet not sweet at all waitress English was very bad not happy with us because we complained never ever go back there again nor would I recommend .

I went to the harvester mansion house in reading, berkshire. I went for a baby shower on 28 Feb 2026 at 1pm. The lady at the front desk was helpful she directed me to the room in which the baby shower was. We had our own room away from the people having food in the restaurant. The room was very hot. Unsure if the ladies who booked the room had been shown how to open the double doors. When everyone had arrived we had to find a server ourselves to order our own food. Food took a while. At the end, our server didnt come to sort the food and plates. We got fed up of seeing the food so we tidied up the plates and food. The lady who's baby shower it was asked for a black bag and the server brought the back bag into the room, she could see all the plates piled and just left the room. When we wanted to pay we had to find her yet again. We paid separately. Which was fine but she moaned she wouldn't get a tip. And then said it was fine because she got tipped throughout the day. She expected us to tip her which I thought was unacceptable.
Waiting forever to be fed
Arrived at the fox in Hayley after pre booking a table for 7-15 Thurs 25th Feb. We was told that the table wasnât ready and to wait in the bar until someone called us. At 745 I asked one of the staff and they found a table for the two of us. The lady serving us was very nice but we then waited for our meal from 750 to 950. We then asked the lady to cancel our food as it was getting to late and that other tables was ahead of us. Question? Why do they accept these bookings when they canât cope ?
