I ordered a good condition paperback…

I ordered a good condition paperback but unfortunately it was dirty and well used. This is the second time I have received a well worn item when I ordered a good condition book. I have used World of Books many times and usually they are good or better than expected but recently this has not been the case.

The process of buying and part…

The process of buying and part exchanging cars was straight forward and well communicated through emails. However when it came to delivery it was left to me to find out what had happened when my car didn't arrive at the specified time. Some three hours passed before I was eventually told there was a fault. I understand these things happen but not to be kept informed was frustrating and stressful.

I absolutely love the draughts set

I absolutely love the draughts set. It is such good quality - a lovely heirloom for my grandchildren. It feels so good to support a traditional established British company.
