I spent months and months looking through paint samples and thus is the perfect brand for me. The colours and quality align so well and gave me the confidence to switch up my neutrals and play around with some colour too. The customer service is also amazing.

I ordered a fabric and when it arrived the colour, texture and pattern looked completely different. When I emailed them to return the product they said that I should have ordered a sample and that they don't offer refunds. I understand this policy for slight differences but this is a totally different fabric. Blaming the consumer feels totally inappropriate when the image misrepresents the product.

The value for money is really great, the test is easy to test and the results come through fast.

My one-year-old loves his climbing frame. We didn’t know if he would be too young to use It But it’s been perfect for the stage he’s at. It gives him something extra to cruise along Practice walking as well as climbing. They can be used on their side and in so many other ways. Highly recommended

There’s nothing cuter than a baby in Binibamba. Everything is made to an exceptional quality and with children in mind. Our snuggle suit is lightweight yet warm. The sleeves fold over to cover the babies hands and it’s a lot easier to do up and undo than other pram suits we’ve tried. The customer service is great also.

Whippets can be super fussy eaters so we’re glad we’ve found a food she loves. We get Butternut every two weeks with treats and poo bags. The poo bags are the best on the market and I highly recommend the training treats. There’s nothing else like them.

For someone who doesn’t know a huge amount about wine, wine drops has been really handy as a learning and tasting tool. I now feel more confident in buying wine and understanding what myself and others are likely to enjoy. Plus there are some great deals!

Butternut Box is perfect for our dog. Whippets are fussy eaters and get bored easily so it is great we have found something that is convenient, easy, nutritious and that she enjoys. We had the large pouches when she was a puppy and now she is grown and calmer we have the small pouches. We now get a delivery every 2 weeks instead of every month which has created more freezer space. We also get Lilah's poo bags, training treats and other snacks in our deliveries. Yes, it is as good as it sounds.

British Gas charged us for the wrong flat and didn't realise until we moved out. At the start, they were very clear about how much they owed us and that our bills would have been far less if they had charged us for the correct flat, but this was the last time they were helpful.
As they had switched us between their old and new system during this time, I spent hours on the phone being passed from one person to the other. When they finally started to communicate via email:
* they tried to make us sort out their admin by claiming the charges from our bank
* they took months to pay us back
* they didn't pay us the full amount and questioned what they owed us, saying that one of the charges was not showing from their side - even though someone earlier in the process could see the correct total amount they owed
* they passed US on to debt collectors even though they owed us a lot of money and had told us that would not happen
* I had to write all the account summaries as they were being unclear and not providing this information

Honestly, the whole thing really affected my emotional health and took a lot of time away from my work so actually ended up being a really expensive process in the working hours I spent. Being chased by debt collectors whilst having to deal with people who are basically making you do their job AND being made to feel that we are the ones who owe money / need to sort everything out for them has been an awful and toxic experience of gaslighting.

Whippets are notoriously fussy yet my whippet loves butternut box - she’s always excited to see it arrive. Their training treats are THE best, their team are lovely and they are doing their best to make environmental improvements all the time. All round approved by us

Flattering, beautiful and arrived really quickly. Great value for money and they followed up with an email about how to care for my feather top.

We were meant to have a 2 person delivery but only one person was able to lift the item which meant my partner had to help. Our front door ended up being scuffed which shouldn’t have happened with a professional delivery service.
