Delivery needs sorting out
Meals were mainly fine but some on my order were swapped for others which I was unable to eat.
Delivery was another matter:
My first box was delivered to the wrong address. It was left in a neighbour’s back garden and I had to lug it back to my house.
The second box was delivered three days late so I was without meals for this time.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry for the delivery issues you experienced – having your first box delivered to the wrong address and the second box arriving late is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
While it is rare, on occasion a meal may be out of stock. In these cases, we substitute it with an alternative meal of similar nutritional value. However, if the replacement isn’t suitable, please let our member support team know at hello@janeplan.com and they will be happy to help arrange a replacement that works for you.
