Booked a parking and included lounge on delay. Tried to register, asked for my customer which is not on any paperwork called contact number, they had no idea, is this another scam

I booked parking for my car via this company. They took the money off my credit card. I needed to change my booking so went onto their website and it told me I had no booking. Tried calling them, number always busy. Tried emailing, nothing. This company is a Scam, do dot use. I will be contacting my credit card company to retrieve payment. I say again do not use this company.

We were due to get a parcel delivered today between 1518 and 1618. If we weren’t going to be able n we gave an option of leaving it in the garage which was open we then got a text saying the driver had tried to deliver but nobody was in. We have a Ring doorbell camera on the front to check what time he had tried to deliver. Low and behold there was no recording of anyone trying to deliver a parcel, therefore a complete lie. DPD , as expected were not interested and said he would deliver on Monday 9th March. I would advise no one to use DPD. I have had similar problems before where they have delivered to a completely different address. Absolutely useless. I say again do not use DPD

I have asked my family not to send me a voucher from Red Letter Days as they are so difficult to use.

The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and I was sent a text saying that it was in my porch. It wasn’t in my porch and the photo they sent me showed that it was outside someone’s door. Fortunately, I recognised the door and went to collect it. It was on a totally different street. I rang diet chef to complain and left a message but no one returned my call.

A parcel was due to be delivered, taken to the wrong address even though it was clear on the parcel. Had to go and pick up myself as it is impossible to get hold of DHL. We used to use them for deliveries at my company, stopped as they weren’t delivered on time or went to wrong address, absolutely useless. Do not use this company. I am contacting the company we ordered off and telling them if they use DHL again we will not be using them again.

It was easy to use and a goid interest rate

We were on a cruise and missed a Port and they would not pay out. Would not advise anyone to use this company

Really friendly and efficient

I called HMRC as they have cocked up my Tax again. Waited for 1hr and 15mns for someone to answer, they answered and said Hello, I said Hello and they hung up. Just another way to ensure they keep my money as long as possible. Completely useless

Speedy collection and returns

Technician turned up on time and rang before he turned up. The job was completed in good time.

The site was easy to use and I don’t feel like I’ve been ripped off

The order was delivered earlier than expected and the driver was very friendly.

Can’t book anything, absolutely atrocious

I have given a review for Red Letter Days which was atrocious. They have replied and asked us to contact them but made it so hard to do this. I can see why these type of companies go through the internet.

Can port book what we want, cannot get hold of Red Letter Days. Will not book again and will advise all my friends and family of the terrible service we have had. I have contacted my solicitor to see if I can take them to court. Absolutely useless

Parcel arrived very quickly and returns were easy

Jet2 make a holiday easy. Everything is easy to access and if there are changes they notify you straight away. Their staff are always friendly and happy to help.
