AVOID THIS SHOP

AVOID THIS SHOP! Terrible customer service, and massive delays. They promised to honor my custom request if I returned my glasses, only to go back on their word later. They claim they can't do anything beyond the basic prescription now—a total lack of logic and professional integrity. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very ignorant staff

I wanted to shop at the Blanchardstown store. The staff was untrained, couldn't help me, and were very ignorant and unpleasant. I definitely won't shop at Boots Blanchardstown again. I recommend The Perfume shop opposite, which has very friendly and helpful staff.

This is absolutely the best company I…

This is absolutely the best company I ever deal with.
I sent request for quotation on Sunday morning and Nail back to me the same day afternoon witch is abnormal for others companies. Price was €100 cheaper than other installers.
The installer Ryan arrived at the agreed time, answered my 100+ questions and did a great job nice and tidy . He was very polite and patient.
Deirdre does the paperwork in an exemplary manner, which is also very important. All documents necessary to receive the grant were provided to me straight away.

The delivery took 6 working days + 6 working days preparation time as was advised on the product page and we mention the estimated delivery time on the checkout-page before you finalise the order. It was delivered on the date we predicted for your order.
