We tend to get the same delivery guy and he is a credit to your company, polite, professional and helpful

If I could give them zero stars I would - no communication - no one answers the phone you just get cut off On the verge of complaining to the insurance ombudsman about them

Seriously go to another pet insurer - this company is shocking delayed claims no correspondence it’s awful

The second time I have had to deal with this company and yet again they are playing the same message regarding longer than average wait time - It takes forever to get a claim paid ! The staff are helpful but the process is painful !

Claims take forever to be settled - They are using the same excuse that they used back in October 2023 about the time it takes to settle a claim - I suggest they employ more call handlers - Very poor - Then contact you direct to ask for your claim reference that takes 5 weeks approx to get on the system - If you can’t provide this they take your review down

The staff are extreme polite - Yet again the 4 week delay if only it was 4 weeks that would be a bonus ! Extremely slow at settling any claims !

Avoid at all costs - takes over 6 weeks to get anything done

Cancelled train AGAIN - didn’t even bother up loading info via website until it was to late - 90 minutes late to work 2k on a season ticket - JOKERS

On time - helpful removals guy - Highly recommend

I can not work the app out it is saying I have used £15 when I had not used it. I will not be using it from now on
