Terrible customer service and long wait

Terrible customer service. Cracked my screen in the time I waited for case to arrive. Waited weeks and still no sign.

That’s not what my account says. Why do you only reply on trustpilot? I messaged you 3 times directly and got no help. My account says order processing, estimated delivery march. How can a phone case take 2 months to arrive
