Do not waste your time renting your properties with these people !

What a horrible experience dealing with these people
I own three properties and listed them
They were fully aware of the amount of owner weeks I had booked out but still issued a contract
There was an incentive to leave my original company so I gave notice
When it came time to payout accounts said twice it was on payroll
Money never came through …….,
Finally a Nicola s called me with no apology for the inaccurate information I’d been given
Then cancelled her appointment to come see me due to travel chapters lack of due diligence
Plus the rates they gave me in hindsight where s pittance once they’d taken 18 percent plus vat
I would of ended up
With renting my properties for less than a night in a travelodge
A lucky escape from these pirates !

Absolute rubbish takes ages to come and cheeky that’s want 50 to return con don’t do it

Hello

I am sorry to hear that your order took longer to be received then expected. I can confirm that we advise this order will be dispatched and delivered from 3 days of the order being placed. While we appreciate that this is a broad time frame, I can confirm that a confirmation email is sent when the order has been dispatched. The courier should then be contacting you when they receive the order to confirm the exact delivery date and time with you. 

In addiition, I understand that you have advised we 'want 50 to return'. I can assure you that we do not charge customers for returning order if they are dispatched by The Range such as this order. Upon looking into this I canconfirm that a collection has been arranged for this order. Once returned back to us a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Absolutely diabolical only use if you want no communication or want to be ripped off

Absolutely diabolical
DO NOT USE
they sucker you in with a matching deal to bt but guess what it’s enough internet for a one bedroom flat
Then they’ve got you yanking your bill up way past anything you ever paid before
Oh then they lie and say Before change we’ll pay all your bt penalties
Another lie
Buyer beware
Scammers
Keep it simple get a comission then once they’ve got your buisness block you with no internet
