Only downside is the limited number of items.

What happens if either of those accounts are hacked and you do not want to have those applications?

My wife and I have booked a holiday via Saga, and we arranged to book another one to India.

We spoke to Chandan Shekhawat and later to
Sreejith Shanmughan.

Both were amazing regarding their respective knowledge and customer service, especially concerning the OCI visa.

Their customer service was second to none, and we would not hesitate to book directly via the aforementioned staff.

Truly a 5 STAR service.

After abruptly being cut off without a bye or leave from the previous Octopus Energy adviser, which I found quite rude, I called back and spoke to Ali.A regarding clarification of a query I had.

Ali.A was very professional, courteous and empathetic after hearing the abruptness of the previous call handler.

He is a CREDIT to himself and Octopus Energy.

My customer journey was nothing short of Magnificent....Lucy B really knows how to treat customers with respect, empathy, understanding and total care.

She diffused what would have a serious complaint and turned a complaint into a 5 Star customer satisfaction.

Recently visited Adam at the Tesco mobile store in Deepdale Preston.

Again, he was very helpful and always has time for you regarding issues with your mobile phone.

I would not see anyone else, as his knowledge around mobile phones is superb.

Took my car in for some minor work to be done.

Was met by Kamil and Ben , who were very professional and could not do enough to assist me, even though they had back to back customers.

Their customer service is nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!

Their team including James and Abu have been Exceptional, Brilliant, Professional and Helpful.

AWFUL ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

THE BRANCH STAFF AT PRESTON ARE BRILLIANT!!!

The direct debit is paid by me and I have 2 mobile contracts.

Every time I need to access the account, the 5 digit pin number required to access the goes directly to my wife's mobile number.

As I was abroad last week, I had to call my wife to get the pin to log into the account.

NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER WHO WAS ABLE TO SWITCH MY NUMBER AS THE PRIMARY NUMBER AS I PAY THE BILL.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS I WOULD WITHOUT HESITATION.

I WAS GOING TO GET A 3RD CONTRACT WITH TESCO MOBILE...BUT WON'T BE STUPID ENOUGH NOW!!

We always use APH Manchester and it was the FIRST TIME that I was told that I had to park my own vehicle due to it having an immobiliser.

It's not a major issue, but to have to wait for a member of staff and not be informed from the onsent as to why suddenly I had to park my vehicle isn't a great customer journey or start to a holiday.

Having moved from the south where we used the APH near Gatwick, who were much FRIENDLIER and WELCOMING and made the customers feel valued, found Manchester APH LESS SO.

I realise in their job seeing people go on holiday day in day out can be monotonous,

In my previous career as a HNW Relationship Manager, I always trained my staff, no matter what was going on in their lives, to ensure they smiled and thanked the clients/customers for their business.

And ensured they made a fantastic impression, as the customers have the choice to take their business elsewhere, as it maybe the ONLY time the customers were able to take a holiday in these challenging times

Otherwise the APH Manchester was okay.

I have had to raise various issues with Octopus Energy over the last 6-9 months.

And had to call them again regarding a billing issues on the 03/03/25.

I spoke to a metering specialist by the name of Amzad, who was nothing short of BRILLIANT and empathetic to my situation.

It is so refreshing when you get to chat to someone who thinks outside of the box and goes out of their way to assist and put things right.

Amzad's listening skills, empathy and understanding of my past and present issues was and is, very much appreciated.

As customers, we are very quick off the mark to make complaints, but rarely go out of our way to compliment people when they do a brilliant job, which Amzad did.

He is not only an asset to himself, but to Octopus Energy. And in fairness, 99 per cent of their staff are outstanding, BUT, Amzad did an amazing job and I want to take this opportunity to thank him personally for his help and brilliant customer service to resolve my issues.

Sue (especially) as well as Adam and Leah the branch manager have been helpful.

Through no fault of the branch team, I have been directed to visit the branch on the instructions of the customer service contact centre on various occasions!!

Sue and the team @Preston have helped as much as they could, which I truly appreciate.

Spoke to Matt Roper (site manager at Morris Homes Bartle Meadows) regarding issues with our outside tap and a blocked main drain.

Matt without any hesitation, came over and rectified the situation regarding the tap and arranged the drain to be fixed once the weather improves.

Matt is without any doubt, a credit to Morris Homes and a fantastic site manager.

His customer service/professionalism as well as his empathy and understanding of his customers is second to none.

We can't thank Matt enough for his help, listening skills and understanding of our issues.

We are blessed to have such great people like Matt as well as Feliciti and Emma in the Aftecare department, who have looked after us so well

This our second review, and AGAIN, what brilliant customer service from the site managers and team at Bartle Meadows.

My wife and I have been here just 3 weeks now, and the service received from the both the site managers Ciaran/Shaun as well as the workers on site have been nothing short of BRILLIANT.

Ciaran especially, as he has ensured any issues we have had has been implemented and followed up each and every time to our satisfaction.

There are very few site managers like him, and we feel BLESSED!!

He is not only a credit to himself and his peers, but also an outstanding ambassador representing Morris Homes.

Praise also must go to the workmen, who have been very courteous, respectful and very professional when working in our home.
