Fantastic quality, good sizing and extremely good value ,only issue is delivery as this can take up to four weeks but I definitely think it's worth the wait.

I took out my insurance with 1st central for the first time last year after they were the best quote for my requirements having used a comparison site. I used the comparison site again this year but the renewal quote was very competitive to those on the comparison site,as it was easier to renewal was actually cheaper than the previous year( something I found refreshing as most years it's a case of hope it doesn't go up) I renewed, all the documents were easy to access on the online app and although I haven't used or hopefully will have to, I have access to the help numbers,emails etc...

I ve used these guys twice when I needed to scrap cars, excellent service and great communications throughout, they gave me very good quotes and collected the vehicles exactly when we agreed, then the paperwork side was completed with no issues and the funds deposited in my bank very quickly, I'd definitely recommend them and ( hopefully not to often)I d use them again.

Very quick replies to applications, and my glasses and eye tests alone means I more than get my moneys worth, and any issue the call staff are helpful and very friendly.

Very good value. Communication throughout with constant updates and excellent customer care as one of the panels was broke and the driver immediately re ordered a replacement which was delivered with the same courtesy and consideration shown by the first delivery.

A very quick result upon my application, a very easy to use app and a speedy delivery of the card and pin( separately of course)
