I did have an error with delivery of…

I did have an error with delivery of some chocolates I ordered. However the company did sucessfully resolve the problem. And... thank you for my gift of beautful yummy chocolates which I received as as a gesture of good will. I would certainly recommend your service as top class just like your chocolates.

Everything good apart from the VUER…

Everything good apart from the VUER film which stopped working after 20 mins! So much better than the train! A good reliable driver and pleasant experience.

Thank you for taking time to leave your feedback. Sorry you had difficulties with the onboard Wi-fi and VUER, please note it will depend on the 3G and 4G signal strengths in the area so can at times be affected by little or no coverage and also the number of people connected at the time will also affect the speed.
