In administration so don't waste any time on this company

Very nice staff no high sales pressure. They did a very good professional job.

I had a lot of difficulty setting up Intelligent Octopus Go for some reason. After around 2 weeks and several calls it has been sorted out. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and did everything to help even though I'm sure I came across as pretty frustrated. Staff are great seems to be either a training issue or there needs to be a tech helpdesk for these issues.
