Excellent communication via text and email from the moment I ordered.
The engineers came early to setup the to property cabling.
The engineer (Barend) arrived well within the agreed time slot window. He was courteous and helpful. The installation took just over an hour and was extremely neat.
The WiFi was at full strength in no time with no additional setting up required.

After years of being (and still in some cases being) with the big high street banks Yonder has been a refreshing change.
My Yonder card has become my go-to card 95% of the time - adding points that I can actually use.
The app feels both secure and simple to use, and seems to be improving all the time with a broadening range of experiences and places to collect and use points.

A few differences from my experiences with Amex and Barclaycard:
I'm accumulating meaningful points (quickly) that I can actually redeem.
Free foreign travel exchange is really helpful.
Also enjoying multiplier points on some deals and experiences.
