Major Christmas delivery issues

Unfortunately my experience this Christmas was pretty disastrous. Delayed deliveries that got lost then resent resulting in lots of time and stress for me. Polite and courteous responses but very slow and generally ineffectual culminating finally with an email stating that I would be refunded due to all the messing around, which was then never received. The product itself is great but if you can’t supply issues sorted and more responsive customer service it lets the company down badly. I know from the reviews that mine wasn’t the only issue with Christmas delivery but unfortunately after ordering every year from them for the last few years, I wouldn’t again as I just cannot be bothered with the hassle.

While these incidents were rare over the Christmas period, we are in communication with our couriers to ensure that between us we provide an improved service going forward. If there is still an outstanding issue relating to the refund you have mentioned, please get back in touch and we will make sure this is resolved.

Waste of money

Been using these every day now for almost 2 weeks and no discernible difference whatsoever to appetite, cravings or weight. So a total waste of money really! Will take for another week and if anything changes, so will my review!

Tank replacement

Ross and Jack replaced our LPG tank today and they were brilliant. They couldn't be nicer and worked non stop from the time arrived till the time they left. Amazing driving and team work trying to negotiate our drive and garden, not to mention the location of our tank! Thanks so much guys

Rubbish process at renewal

Rubbish process at renewal. No claims ever since i started driving 25 years ago. Premium up by 25%. Went to insurance search engine for a new quote- cheapest was 1st Central but cheaper than renewal quote so had to go through the whole process of buying a new policy, filling in all details etc, just to be insured by the same company. Tried to speak to a human but very difficult to understand what they were saying and couldnt help with the issue i was having in sorting my direct debit.

The price of insurance and rating factors change daily, so at renewal the price of insurance can go up or down. We're sorry to hear there was an increase this year. We can see that you've taken out another policy with us, a 1st Central Premier Online with different cover from your previous policy, a 1st Central Standard policy, which is why the price was different.

We can see that your direct debit is set up with your next payment to be taken on 06/09/2023. An email confirming this was sent to your email address yesterday, 03/08/2023. If you have any further queries please contact our Customer Services team via webchat, which can be found via Your Account or on our website.

Great quality bracelet, shame about the packaging

Bought as a gift. Lovely bracelet for my husband. Great quality. My only comment would be that the packaging was disappointing when he opened it. It felt really cheap and I think it should be better quality when spending £2.5k. I understand there’s a drive for less packaging which I agree but the actual box the bracelet was in let the product down.
