Poor Product

Great service and Delivery, but paid good money for a poor product, £200 plus. Wanted for wall cladding, but it marks with just your hand nail. It's still in my hallway. What a waste of money.

My daughter-in-law and I have purchased three items in the last six months from this company, two of them have gone faulty within the first 5 to 6 weeks, when sending emails about the faults, they only give you links to websites telling you about the faults, but you already know what problems are?. there is no offer of replacement parts i’ve ordered replacement parts already from China because this company are just strictly not willing to help except to tell you what’s wrong. what a total waste of £700 over the last few months. When you buy something new the service is first class but unfortunately, 2 of the 3 tractors are broken down! The last one only lasted four weeks with a faulty battery.
