Don't even bother…
I should have looked up the reviews here before ordering...been waiting for 2 weeks and no word of shipment. Emailed them about problem, no reply. Avoid their online store at all cost.
Update:
After waiting for almost 2 hrs for a live agent, I was told there was a delay because of the holidays (ordered early November, so I don't know when it starts to be super busy). I can't get mad at the live agent so all I can do is wait... I don't even know if they're gonna give me a tracking number so that's worse. They said that it will NEVER take months for people to get their order. So I'll be back when or if I ever get my order.
Update x2:
I finally received my order on Dec 19th and guess what? It's not even all of my orders. I wasn't told that there were cancelled items in my order. Worse part is, the shoes I got weren't even good--NOW I HAVE TO RETURN THIS.
"Hassle free returns" my ass. I have to pay for the return shipping with tracking(?).
I am so disappointed and just so pissed that I have to deal with their horrible shipment/ordering, now i have to pay for the return.
Never again will I ever deal with anything crocs ever again. PLEASE AVOID ORDERING ONLINE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. PLEASE.
....i also found out that if I wanted to physically return this, it has to be a crocs outlet--aka in Seattle and I'm from Vancouver, BC. Wow. Amazing.
