The snacks are mostly hit and miss. Ive only subscribed for a 3 month trial but from what I’ve had, it’s definitely not really worth the money. But if you have money to spare and want to try Japanese snacks—then go for it.

I appreciate the people working on this app. I mistakenly purchased the wrong data plan and immediately emailed them about it. They replied pretty fast, and refunded me instantly. The refund is supposed to take around five days and I was in a trip and wasn’t able to check it until now. I just remembered to check and it definitely was refunded. so everything else is fine. I had no problem connecting to the data, and I followed the instructions to avoid using the wrong one. I think the only thing I can say is to be sure that you have followed instructions properly, because even finding the right type of data can be confusing. Overall, I am pretty happy with the service and the app so I recommend trying it out. I’ve only tried Japan data, so I can’t recommend the other types.

if you try to pop up more data, please make sure to pick the right country or type of data. That’s the reason why I had to ask for a refund because I accidentally picked my own country instead of picking the right one that I’m going to. When you’re using the app, make sure to check the drop-down menu to see which country you’re going to

I should have looked up the reviews for this…. Was given a courier tracking number and then it stopped when it reached my country. After that, nothing. Its been around 16 days and no email reply either… almost $100 of nothing. Such a waste of money. After this ordeal we don’t even know if they will work on us and maybe we will have another problem with trying to return them…

It's a month and still have not received my order. Basically got 4 mugs for a friend as a gift and it turned into weeks, nothing. They never gave me a tracking number to begin with. My friend wanted to help so she asked them instead. The only time you get the tracking number is when you ask which is stupid. It also takes DAYS for them to reply to emails. If you have problems try to message them on whatsapp instantly, emailing them is useless. And guess what? After almost a month, IT'S STILL IN GERMANY.
No compensation, no refunds.
Horrible site. Horrible customer service. These mugs are also pricey and I just get emotionally drained dealing with the company.

I just used it on a client right now and no numbing whatsoever--I even bought 3 tubes. Not sure if it's a scam but it ain't cheap either.

First impression, case feels sturdy. I got the case as buy one get one free so I got a second one -- but they only gave me one charger cable which I just don't understand 🫠 the charger cable is a magnet and it's bad. It's strong enough in a sense, but just a light push from the side disconnects it instantly.
The reason why I got the case was of course the lights. They're fun. But i wish they have a better on and off switch for them. You can accidentally turn it on when you want it off and vice versa, which gets really annoying.
I also find the price a bit too high for having something that makes me keep on fixing it. Yeah it's fun I guess?

Overall, it's a nice study case. It needs better turn on/off switch and better magnet charger. Please don't be stingy when giving the charger cable--we normally don't have those 🙃

UPDATE:
They sent me an extra cord which I'm very grateful for. Sadly it just became more of a chore to have this as your main phone case...it's more annoying to deal with, basically. I guess I got a good deal when I got it bec now they're $70+ each??? No thanks. Just get them when they're on sale--it's def not worth that much.

I should have looked up the reviews here before ordering...been waiting for 2 weeks and no word of shipment. Emailed them about problem, no reply. Avoid their online store at all cost.

Update:
After waiting for almost 2 hrs for a live agent, I was told there was a delay because of the holidays (ordered early November, so I don't know when it starts to be super busy). I can't get mad at the live agent so all I can do is wait... I don't even know if they're gonna give me a tracking number so that's worse. They said that it will NEVER take months for people to get their order. So I'll be back when or if I ever get my order.

Update x2:
I finally received my order on Dec 19th and guess what? It's not even all of my orders. I wasn't told that there were cancelled items in my order. Worse part is, the shoes I got weren't even good--NOW I HAVE TO RETURN THIS.
"Hassle free returns" my ass. I have to pay for the return shipping with tracking(?).
I am so disappointed and just so pissed that I have to deal with their horrible shipment/ordering, now i have to pay for the return.
Never again will I ever deal with anything crocs ever again. PLEASE AVOID ORDERING ONLINE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. PLEASE.

....i also found out that if I wanted to physically return this, it has to be a crocs outlet--aka in Seattle and I'm from Vancouver, BC. Wow. Amazing.

There are some items that are sold from different manufactures and they will not help you if the items have chipped off paint, and are deemed to me a general flaw and are repairable (aka you repair it yourself). They do not check the quality of every figure, so if this happened to you like it did to me, tough luck. I'm never buying from this site ever again.

The only saving grace is how soft the material is, and that's it.
Customer service is the worst. Takes forever for them to reply and I have to actually DM their instagram account everytime so someone will reply my email.
The item itself is very misleading. Pictures you see on their website of their products that are the long ones all vary in width. I got mine last night and it's VERY thin compared to one of their models holding it (she's a grown ass woman btw). It's very disappointing and I fully regret getting it.
Please save your money folks.

I waited for awhile to see if the results were different but overall it's been disappointing.
- I asked for a strong scent and it doesn't last a day.
- gave me lots of dandruff
- have loads of falling hair
- hair gets oily really fast
- hair hasn't changed for the better
So yeah no ill be unsubscribing and a waste of money and hair.

Bought a charger and case. Charger doesn't work--and I was away on a trip--aka I can't return the defective charger anymore. The case kind of messes with my phone's battery....I should have looked up the reviews for this website and products before buying....
